Are these full-time roles or contract?

What does the interview process look like?
60-min intro, paid pay-home, technical conversation, culture conversation. Two weeks to close.
Do you sponsor visas or relocations?
No - we hire across India on Indian terms only.
How do you handle the IST timezone overlap?
Async-first with a 3-hour live meeting overlap (14:00-17:00 IST).
