The cluster itself fits at `xl` (1280px) where the rest of the chrome (utility bar, mega menu, footer) is also pinned. Verify at 1024/1050/1070/1078 viewports: `scrollWidth === clientWidth` everywhere. The mobile drawer and 44px utility-bar touch targets are untouched. |

Three changes: (1) `Dockerfile:127` now copies the full `node_modules/` tree into the runner (~30 MB larger image but eliminates the silent-502 failure mode for any future Astro transitive) — the previous surgical `@img/`-only copy was the right design before Astro started emitting bare-specifier runtime imports; (2) `@oslojs/encoding@^1.1.0` added to `package.json` `dependencies` so the lockfile is honest about what's actually shipped at runtime (was a transitive, now declared direct so a future `npm install` cannot accidentally drop it); (3) `scripts/check-ssr-bare-imports.cjs` is a new postbuild gate that walks every `.mjs` in `dist/server/`, extracts bare-specifier imports (skipping `node:`-prefixed and relative paths), and verifies each package resolves to `node_modules/<name>/package.json` with a matching lockfile entry. Wired into `package.json` postbuild (`check-ssr-bare-imports && inject-security-headers && indexnow-ping`) and into the audit-scripts registry (`check-ssr-bare-imports.test.cjs` proves the script exits 1 with the precise `ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND` explainer when a future Astro upgrade adds another unresolved transitive). The script's first production run reports 13 unique bare-specifier packages: 5 direct deps (`clsx`, `zod`, `node-html-parser`, `tailwind-merge`, `@oslojs/encoding`), 8 transitive-only (`devalue`, `piccolore`, `cookie`, `html-escaper`, `unstorage`, `server-destroy`, `send`, `mrmime`) — all resolve because the Dockerfile now ships the whole tree. Operator-verified locally: `node scripts/start-standalone.cjs` boots `dist/server/entry.mjs` cleanly, `curl http://127.0.0.1:3738/api/health` returns 200 with `{"status":"ok","timestamp":...}`. Dokploy recovery still needs the container redeploy to pull the new image; the prior diagnosis row's "owner path chosen" still applies. |

Ran `biome check --write` on the six files; warnings clean. (4) `audit-hydration.test.cjs:42` fixture path was `src/components/ui/command-palette.svelte`, which does not exist (the `ui/` directory layout changed in the Astro migration). The fall-through to `hom-hero-showcase.svelte` also didn't exist (the real file is `.astro`, not `.svelte`). Pointed `FIXTURE_PATH` at `src/components/forms/faq-search.svelte`, a stable Svelte 5 island that uses `$state` runes and has a `<script>` block for the mutation to anchor against. Fallback updated to `search-page.svelte`. Sibling test exits 0 with "All audit-hydration contract assertions passed." (5) Five Playwright-only audits (`audit-faq-open.cjs`, `audit-mobile-drawer.cjs`, `audit-mobile-vp.cjs`, `audit-tablet-vp.cjs`, `audit-visual-deep.cjs`) crashed with `Executable doesn't exist at ...\chrome-headless-shell.exe` because `npm install --no-audit --no-fund` (AGENTS §0) skips the `playwright` postinstall browser download. Ran `npx playwright install chromium` once (197.5 MB chromium + 118 MB headless shell + ffmpeg + winldd). Audits now all pass.
