webgrow24.in (यहाँ "हम", "हमें" या "हमारा" कहा गया है) भारत में ग्राहकों के लिए वेब होस्टिंग और संबंधित सेवाएँ संचालित करता है। यह नीति बताती है कि हम कौन सा व्यक्तिगत डेटा एकत्र करते हैं, उसका उपयोग कैसे करते हैं, किसके साथ साझा करते हैं, और भारतीय कानून के तहत आपके क्या अधिकार हैं।
This Privacy Policy applies to webgrow24.in, all customer dashboards hosted under that domain, and the public marketing pages reached via webgrow24.in or webgrow24.com.
It does not apply to third-party sites we link to (such as Easebuzz for payments or Google Identity Services for sign-in). Those services have their own privacy notices.
Account data: your name, email, phone, billing address, GSTIN (optional, for B2B invoices), and the password hash for your webgrow24 account.
Service data: the apps and databases you deploy, the domains you point at us, the env vars and configuration you set, your traffic and resource usage, and any log lines generated by your workload.
Payment data: invoices, transaction IDs, and the last four digits of your card or UPI handle. Full card numbers and UPI PINs are never seen by webgrow24 — Easebuzz handles them directly under PCI-DSS.
Support data: tickets, chat transcripts, and emails you send us.
Device data: IP address, browser type, and a coarse geolocation derived from the IP for fraud prevention and tax routing.
To deliver and bill the service: provision resources, run your apps, issue SSL certificates, charge your card or UPI, send invoices, and notify you of incidents that affect you.
To improve the service: aggregate usage to plan capacity, fix bugs, and prioritise features. Aggregate numbers only — never your raw payload.
To keep the service safe: detect abuse, block attacks, and respond to lawful Indian government requests under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.
To communicate with you: transactional emails (deploys, invoices, security alerts), and optionally marketing emails if you opt in.
TLS 1.2+ in transit. AES-256 at rest. Role-based access for staff with mandatory 2FA. Backups encrypted with rotating keys.
Penetration tests and vulnerability scans at least twice a year. CVE patching within 7 days for high-severity issues.
All customer data is hosted in our data center in Palitana, Gujarat, India. We do not transfer your data outside India.
Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: fix anything wrong or out of date from your dashboard.
Deletion: close your account and ask us to erase your data. We will retain only what we are legally required to keep (for example, tax invoices for 8 years under Indian income-tax law).
Withdraw consent: opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Complaint: approach our Grievance Officer (details below) or the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Account data: until you delete your account, plus a 30-day grace period for restore.
Service logs: 30 days at full detail, 12 months aggregated.
Backups: 7 daily + 4 weekly + 3 monthly snapshots, encrypted.
Invoices and tax records: 8 years (Income Tax Act, 1961).
Support tickets: 24 months from last activity.
