These Terms of Service govern your use of webgrow24.in. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You accept these terms when you create an account, place an order, or use the service in any way. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
webgrow24 provides managed hosting, one-click apps, managed databases, mailbox forwarding, and related infrastructure services as described on the pricing page and the dashboard.
We may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice. Material changes that reduce your rights will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the control plane and 99.5% for individual workloads. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it current.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Use a strong password and turn on two-factor authentication.
One person or entity per account unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the pricing page and include 18% GST for Indian customers.
Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same date each month. Yearly and triennial plans are billed in advance for the full term.
Failed payments retry up to 3 times over 7 days. After that, your service may be suspended and eventually terminated.
You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for all fees, including renewals and overage charges.
First purchase: full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.
Renewals and add-ons: prorated refund for the unused portion of the term, calculated daily.
To request a refund, email hello@webgrow24.in from the address on your account. We process refunds within 3 business days.
Do not use the service for spam, phishing, malware hosting, denial-of-service attacks, illegal content under Indian law, cryptocurrency mining, or anything that threatens the safety of other customers.
Resource usage on shared plans is governed by fair-use limits (CPU, RAM, inodes, outbound). On VPS and Cloud plans, all resources within the purchased tier are yours.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice when feasible.

Targeted first-response time: 4 hours for paid plans.
We retain all rights to the webgrow24 platform, including source code, UI, and documentation.
You retain all rights to your content, your apps, and your data.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and serve your content as needed to provide the service.
One-click apps remain the property of their respective open-source projects. Their licences apply to your use of the installed app.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, webgrow24's total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data beyond what we are contractually required to back up.
You may terminate at any time from your dashboard.
We may terminate or suspend for cause (non-payment, AUP violation, fraudulent activity) with notice where reasonably possible.
On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for restore, then permanently deleted within 90 days except for records we must keep under law.
We may update these terms. Material changes that reduce your rights will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact our Grievance Officer first.
